Weldon truly enjoyed life and his stories of all Annie’s and his travels were a joy to hear. He lead a full and wonderful life and it was a pleasure to have had him in our lives.
Dear Annie:
Our “Mayor of Pauline Crescent” is gone, however his memory will always live on with all his friends in the neighbourhood. Without a doubt, the best neighbour anyone could ask for. Take care Annie, we love you

Our Home At Last “HAL” program at the VON has taken both Weldon and Annie home from the hospital numerous times. Our staff saw that he was so devoted to his lovely wife Annie. Our thoughts and wishes are with her and the family at this time.
Please accept our condolences and we truly will miss Mr. Downey and his positive and friendliness when he came in. His smile lit up a room.
