JOHNSTON, Marilyn…..
Surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at Victoria Hospital London, Marilyn (Norton) Johnston in her 77th year. Beloved wife of Cecil Shaver Johnston Jr. for 57 years. Caring mother of the late Jeffrey (1965), David Johnston (Sharon), Lisa Creces (Steve) and Wayne Johnston (Judy). Proud grandmother of Jessica, Megan, Lisa, Josh, Jordan, Jason, Jacob and Jennifer and great-grandmother to Alex. Dear sister of Betty Shadbolt , Judy Fanning, Paul Norton (Joan), Gary Norton and Lynda Whitton. Also survived by her sister-in-law Sue Norton and brother-in-law Roy Johnston (Joann). Predeceased by both parents Jerry and Madeline Norton, her brothers Jack (Marilyn), Ted and Skip, sisters-in-law Ruby Ferguson, Margaret Kelly and brothers-in-law Ron Shadbolt and Joe Fanning. Marilyn will be fondly remembered by relatives, friends and the four legged critter “Lucy”. Special thank you to Dr. Dulay and the fabulous staff on floor D6-100 for making her part of your family. At Marilyn’s request there will be a private family service. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 442 Adelaide St North, London, ON N6B 3H8. Wednesday we lost a wonderful woman, sister and sister-n-law. She will be greatly missed.
