HAMMOND. C. Lyle..
Promoted to Glory on Monday May 4, 2015, at Victoria Hospital, in his 94th year. Beloved husband of Ruth Hammond for 72 years. Dear father of Carolyn Hammond of London and Donna Monkman of Ottawa. Cherished grandfather of Faye Hill (Terry) of B.C. and Brenda Monkman of Ottawa. Dear brother of Elaine Brown (Ken) of Essex, and brother in law of Ruth and Helen Hammond.
Predeceased by his brothers Harold and Ken Hammond. Loved by his nieces and nephews. A lifelong member of the Salvation Army. Donations to The Salvation Army London Citadel, 555 Springbank Drive, London, ON N6J 1H3 gratefully accepted. A memorial service to be held on Sunday May 24, 2015, 3pm at the Citadel.     Mr Hammond was a treasured friend. A man of God, hard working, a creative musician and a witty fellow. Memories of times together will be cherished!
