BROOKS, Clarence “Clare”…..
Passed away peacefully while surrounded by his loving family, on Friday, May 8, 2015, at Parkwood Hospital in his 85th year. Loving husband of the late Beatrice “Bea” (Willison) Brooks (2000). Proud father of Susan Brooks and her husband Bill Smith of London and Valerie Brooks and her husband Gus Korkidakis of London. Dear brother of Joan Greenside and David Brooks. Predeceased by his brother Bob Brooks and his sister Betty Paul. A special Grandpa “Bucka” of Lauren and Dayna, Jodie and Danielle, Kimberly and Lori and his great-granddaughter Beatrice “Bea”. Missed by his in-laws and by his many nieces and nephews. Clare will be missed by his special friend Jeanne. Family and friends will be received on Monday, May 11, 2015 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London, where the funeral service will be conducted in the chapel on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 11:30 p.m. Interment in Woodland Cemetery, London. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Wellspring London, 382 Waterloo Street, London ON., N6B 2N8 or Parkwood Institute Palliative Care Unit, 550 Wellington Road, London ON., N6C 0A7.
