Shirley had a special gift that made everyone feel welcome and loved. Shirley showed everyone the importance of family through her stories and actions. That extended to her friends who journeyed with Shirley thru good times and bad.
I was blessed to have known her and to have my daughter experience her laughter, self acceptance and those fabulous hugs. Deepest condolences to Shirley’ s family and friends.

So sorry for your loss. Its always hard loosing a parent.
Heartbreaking news to hear of Shirley’s passing. I have many fond memories of her to hold on to. Deepest sympathies to all of her family and friends.
You can shed tears that she is gone Or you can smile because she has lived. You can close your eyes and pray that she will come back Or you can open your eyes and see all that she has left. Your heart can be empty because you can’t see her Or you can be full of the love that you shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember her and only that she is gone Or you can cherish her memory and let it live on. You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back Or you can do what she would want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on. You can shed tears that she is gone Or you can smile because she has lived I do not know you and you do not know me but I saw Shirley’s obituary and would like you to know that I am praying for you, her relatives and friends, at this time Please get in touch with me at ediger333@outlook.com to let me know how I may pray more specifically. Thank you. Emory Ediger
