HAMM, Chris……

Peacefully at Marian Villa, London, on Thursday, December 15, 2016, Chris (Stewart) Hamm of London in her 99th year.  Beloved wife of the late Merlyn Hamm (1987). Dearly loved and always remembered by daughters Margo Morris and her husband Michael of London and Charlene Burke of Komoka. Awesome Nan of Morgan van Holst (Michael), Jordan Morris (Kaila Jarmain), Joel Millman and Darcia McKay and Nanny to her great-grandchildren Stephanie, Nadine, Carlie, Aidan, Kian and great-great-grand-daughter Brooklyn. Cherished sister of Joan Johnson (the late Walter). Dearly missed by nieces, nephews, their families and her many friends. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at the A. Millard George Funeral Home – Reception Centre (located on the south east corner of the parking lot), 60 Ridout Street South, London, on Saturday, February 25, 2017 from 2-4pm.  As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the London Food Bank, 926 Leathorne Street, London, ON N5Z 3M5.     My heartfelt condolences to all on the passing of Chris. She was truly a beautiful person inside and out and I am honoured to have known her. She and my Mom (Ida) were friends for almost 50 years! She will be missed by so many.

    Deepest sympathies to the whole family. Chris loved listening to music, even near the end. She will be hearing sweet music from the angels now.
