FISCHER, Monica ….
Peacefully on Wednesday, April 20, 2017, Monica (Benn) Fischer, devoted wife of Robert passed away at Victoria Hospital, London, in her 77th year. Daughter-in-law of Marietta Fischer of Ilderton. Monica was the last of eleven children of the late William and Minnie Benn of St. Thomas, Ontario. She was predeceased by sisters Ann Webster, Kathleen Tomasi, Mary Soper, Barbara Westaway, Helen Mills, Jacqueline Sanborn and Vivian Swanson and three brothers Gerald, Jack and William. Survived by many nieces and nephews. With respect to Monica’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no public visitation. A private family interment of Monica’s cremated remains will be held in Telford Cemetery, Ilderton. As an expression of sympathy donations in memory of Monica can be made to the London Regional Cancer Program, 747 Baseline Road East, London, ON N6C 2R6. Arrangements entrusted to A.
