Dovie our lovely Dovie, your home with Jesus, George, Vernon and Dennis. So many to meet you as you arrived in Heaven. Oh how we remember all the times we shared around the altar and in your home and cottage. The times we went for fish and chips, way to many times to count. When we go for fish and chips I often see your smiling face as you ate your Meal. No intensils needed. We shared many wonderful times together and the memories will be forever etched in our hearts. Rest now Dovie in the Father’s loving arms. We will see you someday but until then have a dance for me. Love you. Brenda and Jim.
Sending our thoughts and prayers to all the family as well.
Ps. 116:15. Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.
My sincere condolences to all of the family. I will always remember the good times at Sauble Beach and Little Beaver.
My heart is breaking. I am deeply saddened by the news of Dove passing and yet relieved to hear that she will no longer suffer or feel any pain. I was absolutely blessed to have both Dove and George as an honourary set of grandparents growing up. Some weeks I’m sure I spent more time at their house or travelling with them, then I did in my own home. Whether we were at their home or heading up to the cottage in Sauble Beach, Dove never failed to spoil both Stephanie and I with love. I don’t really know where to begin with reflection, what to include, or where to stop sharing, but I will say that I am grateful and honoured to have had the time I did with her. She has been a huge contribution to the memories I have of my childhood and the woman I became. My deepest condolences to those mourning the loss of the most beautiful human being.
With Sympathy,
Kourtney Webster

I wish we had stayed in-touch after my split with Brad. Please know that I thought of you and asked after you often. I was never far away and you were always in my thoughts.

To the family of Dove, we send our sincere Sympathy. Dove & Goerge were our neighbours in the B Line for a few years. They were a loving entertaining couple who loved their family and friends. We lost touch after they moved away, but have many wonderful memories of times spent together. You will have so many great memories as a family , cherish each other. Sincerely Larry & Margaret Desjardine.
Dear Grandma Dove,
I just found your obituary. I am glad I was able to speak to you the week before you left this world. I know you are in the loving arms of God. You are the first person to introduce me to God’s love. I wish I could have hugged you before you left. I spent a chunk of my life living with you, and you taught me so much! I will forever cherish the memories I made with you. Thank you Grandma! I love you so much and I am sorry we did not get to spend more time together.
