LUPTON, Marie Megan (Dollimore)…

Loving sister of Muriel Hall (aged 102) of Bradford. Predeceased by her sisters Pat Johnson of Maple, Marjorie Steel of Toronto. They were the daughters of the late John “Jack” & Emily Hall of Ravenscliffe, then of Huntsville and related to the May’s. Predeceased by her 2 husbands: Ernie Dollimore and George Lupton of Dwight.

Marie loved to walk all around Huntsville, enjoyed music, played the piano, loved to travel and was very curious which caused her to read many books from the Library on a huge variety of subjects. She was also in the Choir and a volunteer at All Saints Anglican Church and played the organ at times.

Marie Lupton was my aunt and we will remember her fondly. I can imagine her now enjoying playing the organ or the violin and reuniting with her sisters, Patricia and Marjorie. Our sincere condolences to Craig, Pam, Eric, Brian, Elliot and Regan.

I am saddened to hear of Marie’s passing. My sincere condolences to Pam and the entire family. I will hold dear the memories of Marie during our various shopping trips and coffee gatherings while she lived in Wasaga Beach. May her soul Rest In Peace eternally.
We were sorry to hear of Marie’s passing. It brought back fond memories of visits and Christmas parties at our folks’ place years ago.
We were pleased to make a donation in Marie’s memory.

Hello Craig, Pam, Eric, Brian & Regan
So many fond memories I have, being reared in Utterson, & neighbours to the Dollimores.
Mrs. Marie always greeted you with a warm smile. My earliest reckoning was visiting your home & being awed with your Mom’s bread making skills and wonderful smells in the kitchen. Still brings smiles today. Her musical ability was so “old time gospel” or at least I thought that! She stepped in to finish her husband’s last photography wedding album project. It was appreciated. Her last visit with us, My Mom, & I, along with Pam & Regan was a most enjoyable visit here in Utterson. With my Mother’s passing in 2018, one recognizes how blessed it is to have her in your life. Thoughts & Blessings to all. Life is special for each one of us, more so if you had your Mom while growing up.
Best, Karen
Sorry to hear of your loss. My grandmother Louisa Mellor Allen was a sister to my Aunt Em Hall. Marie was a lovely lady and I would enjoy our conversations. I am pleased to see Muriel is still with us. I would love to talk with her.
