Bev, Mike & Ken & families, The Queen once said “Grief is the price we pay for loving.” Please know that you are all in our thoughts & prayers at this difficult time. May your many cherished memories be of some comfort.
The Harrington family is in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Aunt Marion was a truly wonderful individual, and I have many happy memories spending time with her and Uncle Doug at their home in Dorchester or when they came to visit my family in Bruce County. Aunt Marion always went out of her way to make sure you felt welcome and were looked after and her baking was second to none. My Dad and I would always fight over her famous date squares when she made them. Aunt Marion could always make you laugh as well, especially when she would scold Uncle Doug for all of his shenanigans! I know that Aunt Marion and Uncle Doug are together again, and that Aunt Marion is making sure that Uncle Doug behaves, as always.
Bev, Mike & Ken and Families, Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you! I remember many great times our families got together and the fun we all had! Our family have been friends more than 75 years and I can recount numerous times the great visits we had! Friendships like our parents had are rare but I’m grateful for all the visits and fun times! I have so many great memories , and one of the best was when both Moms were in Horizon together, visiting back and forth sharing some wine!! Great memories for all of us! Your Mom will be missed!
Mike & family,
I’m so sorry to hear this news! I loved Marion like family. She will be so missed. I loved every interaction I had with her. I felt lucky to know her. Thinking of you all. <3 <3
