LINK, Betty….
Surrounded by family in London on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, Betty (Belling) Link passed away in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Osborn and the late Don Link. Loving mother of Dianne Czura (Michael), Bob Link (Lynda), Kevin Link (Wilma), Curtis Link (Lori). Also missed by 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Survived by her brother-in-law and sister-in-law Vern and Lucy Link and many nieces and nephews. Also survived by members of the Osborn family, including Janice Hogg (Jim), Garry Osborn (Pam), Pam Ricci (Chris), Doug Osborn (Carmen), and their families. Dear sister of Marion Bentley and sister-in-law Joan Belling. Predeceased by her brothers Glen and Bill Belling and her brother-in-law Dave Bentley and sister-in-law Liz Belling.
Betty, born in Parkhill, Ontario, lived a full life centered on family. After marrying a member of the Royal Canadian Air Force, she embraced a life of movement, residing in various communities across Ontario and Saskatchewan. A dedicated mother, Betty raised four children with love and strength, creating a legacy through family. Following the passing of her husband Don, Betty found happiness again, remarrying, Donald Osborn, and enjoying many fulfilling later years filled with companionship, laughter, and continued connection with those she loved. She was also an avid bridge player, known for her sharp mind and enjoyment of the game. Betty will be remembered for her warmth, and the deep connections she built throughout her life.
The family extends sincere thanks to the Palliative Care Team at University Hospital and the team at Chartwell Riverside, for their compassion and care. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family one hour prior (1-2pm) to the Memorial Service being held at the A. Millard George Funeral Home chapel, 60 Ridout Street South, London, on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at 2pm. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made the Salvation Army.
