Dear Melody and family,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My sincere condolences to you all.
I had the privilege of meeting Helena on several occasions during her latter years and found her to be a very charming and lovely lady. It was always a pleasure to have a conversation with her over a cup of tea.

To Brian, Cindy and Melody – Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss of your Mom. She was a beautiful woman in every way. I worked with your Dad in many different positions within the United Church. Helena was often present at our functions; and she and I have kept in touch over the years. Of course, your Mom was with Fred when he served at our church (Riverside). Do know my caring thoughts are with you.
Peace . . . Norma Clare
My condolences on the passing of your Mom. When your Dad was at Riverside United, Helena was ever present. Her warm smile and gracious manner were always part of our conversations. It was lovely to run into her over the years.
Dear Melody and Brian, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I was just in London, on March 3, and was wondering how your mom was doing, I was sharing stories about your mom and dad to my family. It meant so much to my sister Shelley, and I, that your mom came to our mom, Bertha (McLure) Peters Celebration of Life, thank you Melody for bringing her. I wish I could have been there for you. Our family truly loved your family.
