Tracy passed away quietly at home with her family by her side, on Monday, June 5, 2023 in her 58th year. Loving mom of Kaitlyn Pooley. Cherished daughter of Patricia Pooley and the late Michael Pooley (2003). Also survived by her uncle Jon (Lynn), uncle Dan (the late Deb), cousin Mark (Clare) and cousin Matt (Cheryl). Tracy suffered a long health battle but was resilient through it all. She was caring, giving, and full of love. She also had a special place in her heart for dogs. Cremation has taken place and at Tracy’s request there will be no service. Her ashes will be laid to rest in Woodland Cemetery, London at a future date. In memory of Tracy, donations made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. Arrangements entrusted with A. Millard George Funeral Home, 519-433-5184. I grew up with Tracy. Attending Oakridge SS. She was happy and talented. She was in every school play or production. Tracy was a big fan of blues music. We connected that way. I’m sorry you struggled these past few years. Rest peacefully. We will miss you.

Although I hadn’t seen Tracy in years, she always had a special place in my heart and I thought of her often. News of her passing is devastating news. I wish her friends and family all the peace and healing the world can offer.

I’m very sorry to learn of Tracy’s passing. We were friends in high school and would see her at Chuck’s house over the years. You will be forever in our hearts Tracy and will miss you. My turntable just stopped playing the other night with Supertramp on, I knew it was you. Until we meet again, Dave K.

I just recently heard of Tracy’s passing. My sincere condolences to Kaitlyn and Pat and family.
Tracy and I had A LOT of fun together going to the Firehall and various blues shows. I’ll always remember her big smile and lots of laughs together trying to figure out the meaning of life!
Although we had lost touch later on we did run into one another and shared a few old photographs of our babies together!
Rest in peace Tracy
