TAYLOR, Gary….
Suddenly at home, on Monday, September 21, 2020, after a beautiful day of doing something he loved, golf, Gary Taylor passed away in his 77th year. Gary was a son of the late Ronald and Edith Taylor. He was the beloved partner of Judy Hodgins. Predeceased by his wife Linda Taylor (2015). Dear brother of the late Diane Ens (1998), Peter Taylor and his wife Mary, and Susan Dyson and her husband Jim and brother-in-law of Fred Ens. Cherished stepfather of Denise and Paul Hodgins. Gary will also be missed by several nieces and nephews. Friends are welcomed for visiting on Sunday, September 27, 2020 from 2-4pm at the A. Millard George Funeral Home, 60 Ridout Street South, London. The funeral service will be held on Monday, September 28, 2020 at 11am in the funeral home chapel. Please note: as per the directive of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario https://thebao.ca/registrars-directive-changes-to-funeral-and-visitation-attendance/, a limited number of people are able to attend, please call the funeral home between 9am-5pm (519-433-5184) to reserve your spot for the visitation or service. All those attending the funeral home are required to wear masks. Interment in St. Marys Cemetery, St. Marys. For those uncomfortable in public group settings due to COVID, a Celebration of Gary’s life will be held when things are safer. Gary was a treasured member of the London Seniors Hockey family and he will be sorely missed. A good referee – and a good man.
