Remembering so many memories, going camping out at Fanshawe with the tent trailer, road trip to Richmondhill with POM, and other POM events, going out to Dearness on Saturday nights were you and Dorothy played. The biggest adventure would be trip to Sayre, Pa, you were there when my mom passed away. Corrine and Connor’s baptism and watching them grow.

Sheila –
Our friendship has been deeply cherished over many, many years. We shared so much – from our beginnings at Mt. Zion U.C. with the Peace of Mind Singers, on through our world of music and words, our work at the funeral home, as well as numerous other facets of our journey together. Thank you for the joy and happiness you brought to so many. And thank you for being a most precious part of my life! Already I miss you, but know you now dwell in a place of pure love and peace, a home far beyond all our thoughts and imaginings. Rest well, dear Sheila, my special friend.

Sheila:
I am sure going to miss you!
Every time you were in the funeral home you would come to my office with a big smile and say “Hello Lovie. Would you like a coffee” When I was busy getting ready for exams you gave me relaxation CD’s to help me study. You were such a caring and thoughtful person and you would do anything for anybody.
I have been truly blessed to have had you for a friend.
Debbie
I am so saddened to hear of Sheila’s passing. She was the first person I met when I started going to Mount Zion United Church in 2000 and I have appreciated her friendship and wonderful music ever since. She had agreed to play at my funeral service which is to end with what I consider a very appropriate song – “We’ll meet again” through the Grace of God.
Oh Sheila,
I miss you already. Thank you for always being wonderful. Every shift we worked together, I would always patiently wait to hear you play. Josh and I spoke of you recently – the smiles you shared and of your warmth.
Words cannot describe the feelings I have, you will be dearly missed.
Elissa

Hard to believe Sheila is no longer with us. She was always so friendly and willing to help out in any way. . Her joyful music was enjoyed by all. She will be missed.
So sorry to hear of Sheila’s death. She and I were second cousins and every time we would meet at a funeral at AMG Betty and I would be the last to leave because Sheila and I would be talking about the good times we had with family years ago. Sheila will be missed by many including us.
Sheila has left an incredible impact with so many of us over the years. Wonderful music, that she played at many different places. Sheila had such a positive & cheering personality, but was there to help anyone that needed it. Even when Sheila, walking with her little ones.
Yes! Sheila will be missed by many.
Now! Sheila is now with God & playing wonderful music & singing with the Angels.
I will miss you Sheila. As i reflected over the last few days i remembered the times we had together talking about different musical scores and arrangements as fellow musicians. Most fondly i will never forget your memory of the times in the lunch room of the funeral home of various actors of movies we would watch on T.V. I rememeber asking you who an actor was and you always knew who it was. God bless you Sheila, and thank you for the good times.
I was so sad to hear of Sheila’s sudden passing . I will miss her sweet smile . Sweet Sheila ,May You Rest In Peace .
Sheila was a special friend, who shared her love and gift of music with so many. She will be missed by all who loved her.
I was so saddened and shocked to just learn about Sheila’s death. My sympathy to her family as they grieve, mourn and celebrate her life.
Sheila was an amazing musician and must have played for hundreds of funerals over the years. I found her always be so accommodating in playing the simplest to a most difficult musical selection. She could play anything. She will always be remembered. Also my sympathy to all the Staff at AMG Funeral Home who have lost a team member and good friend.
