Mary and family, I was sorry to hear of the loss of Gordon. It’s been a long time since I’ve had contact but I have memories of him at extended family gatherings. Wonderful to see what a long life he lived. I know as an educator, he touched many lives. Our thoughts are with you all at this time. Becky, Todd, Micaela, Ben, and Talia (Kamloops, BC)
Gord, friend to all, was a respected and admired colleague by whom one wished to be like him. He will be sadly missed but cherished in memory.
Remember him well. An excellent teacher. One of my favorites. I was a student of his in 1943 at Tecumseh Public School (Grade 6).
