DAWE, George Edwin
At London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital on Thursday, January 22, 2009 George E. Dawe of Dorchester in his 75th year. Beloved wife of Winnifred M. (Earhart) Dawe. Dear father of Tim Dawe and his wife Cheryl, and Brian Dawe all of London. Loved grandfather of Angela, Patricia, Justin, Amber, Christopher, Matthew, Aaron and Patrick and great grandfather of Gavin, Megan, Alysha, Crystal and Abygail. Dear brother of Norman and Ron Dawe. Predeceased by his sons Patrick and Michael, brothers Doug and Ken Dawe and sister Clara Statton. Cremation has taken place. At the request of the deceased there will be no visitation or funeral. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, 150-633 Colborne Street, London, ON N6B 2V3 would be appreciated. I am so sorry to hear of George’s death. I remember him as a warm, gentle man who was always kind. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time.
