Harry & Family…I was so sorry to hear about Gladys…she was such a lady, through and through…in spite of you Harry!!! She was so loved by all who knew her and memories of time spent with Gladys, are cherished ones. I feel honoured to have known her and had the pleasure of her company on many, many wonderful occasions. Thank you Gladys. Love, Donna

Harry, I was sorry to read about your loss in today’s paper.
It has been so many years (25?) since we have seen each other, or even talked. I do see your name from time-to-time, and it always brings up such fond memories of the wonderful, lazy hours I spent with you and Gladys cruising on the St. Clair River. Gladys was always the warmest and most welcoming hostess and friend. I’m sure you will miss her terribly.
Warmest regards, Harry, and I hope we will have occasion to cross paths in the near future.

Dear Harry & Family;
There are periods in life when you look back and realize that the stars must have been aligned and how lucky you have been. Such a time, for our family, was the day Gladys came into our lives. She was a godsend to us at a time when the children needed a loving caregiver and Edd and I needed someone to organize our busy lives. We think of Gladys often, always with gratitude and certainly with pleasure every time we enjoy rhubarb pie or carrot cake made from her recipes.
With our deepest sympathy, Judith Tonge, Edd Espey, Graham, Philip and Robyn Tonge
